It has been a while since we converted the old JF Mimic website from a static website to a modern Content Management System and the descision was made to update the design.

We have created a fresh new look for the site and one that is better suited to the larger screen sizes in use today. The idea was to create a unique design with integrated styling throughout the content. Matching typographical elements helped to acheive this.

When we originally created the content management system for JF Mimic, we were careful to keep the design and the content as separate as possible, making use of symantic markup within content items. This approach helps enormously when it comes to re-designs as a new design can be swiftly applied to the whole site without needing to re-create each page of content.
